Stock Return Policy
Cassa Fashion will check the product before we send out the shipment. However, we could only cover major defect as we have a large quantity of shipment to prepare everyday.
If we notice there are defects or stock problem before the delivery , we will email you to seek for further assistance.
Cassa Fashion will check the measurement , material & product's similarity before we upload the product to our website.
If there is slight difference in color & design we will state clearly in the product's description.
Product which never meet our minimum guideline , we will never upload it to our website.
We hope the above procedure do increase our reliability in preparing your shipment and most importantly maximize customer's satisfaction.
Cassa Fashion is a wholesale based company , we have our own stock return policy unlike other retail based company.
Situation which we STRICTLY dont accept Return/Exhange :-
1) Size Exchange.
2) Color Exchange.
3) Color difference due to lightning effect.
4) Measurement differs in 1-3 cm.
5) Scissors cut during unseal parcel.
6) Minor defect which can be corrected easily.
7) Minor Stain.
8) Design Issue. ( We do check our product in every aspect before uploading to our website , therefore we will not accept any further return/exchange )
However , we do accept Return/Exchange in certain situation.
Cassa Fashion Admin reserve the right to classified the product whether it is Returnable/Exchangable.
In the occasion when Cassa Fashion Admin authorized the Return/Exchange .
Please make sure that :-
All return items must be returned in unworn , unwashed , unaltered , unironed condition with all tags attached.
Return/Exchange item must be mailed back within 7 working days from the day item is mailed out by Cassa Fashion.
(Cassa Fashion send out the shipment on 1st of August , Return item must be receive by Cassa Fashion latest by 7th of August.) *Excluding Public Holidays & Weekends.
Any Return/Exchange is subject to the same Design / Color / Size only.
Procedure to request for Return/Exchange :-
1) E-Mail us a clear picture indicating the defected area.
2) Kindly wait for our reply within 24 hours
3) Customers/Resellers are required to post back using Pos Laju Courier Only.
4) We will refund the postage fees accordingly once Admin approve the Return/Exchange.
We will NOT entertain Customers/Resellers which return parcel without acknowledging us by E-Mail.

* Any kind of issue regarding your Shipment/Order must inform us within 7 days.
1) Quantity Issue. ( the quantity of your order is not correct )
2) Design Issue. ( the product you receive is not the product you order )
3) Parcel Damage.
4) Your shipment/order does not arrive within the stated transit time for the courier.
